David Wetzel guides companies through the merger clearance process and provides counseling on a broad range of antitrust and consumer protection issues.
David draws on his experience at multiple different divisions of the Department of Justice (Antitrust Division – Healthcare and Consumer Products Section; Civil Division – Consumer Protection Branch) to ensure that clients successfully navigate all stages of complex government investigations and meet their business goals. David also has extensive litigation experience in federal court.
While at The George Washington University Law School, David was a member of both the George Washington Law Review and the Moot Court Board.
