Olivia is an associate in the corporate team in London, with a focus on private equity and private mergers and acquisitions. Olivia advises private equity houses, investment funds and corporates on secondary and GP-led transactions, (co-)investments and other private M&A transactions.
Representative experience
Advised abrdn, Golding Capital, Hayfin and Lombard Odier Investment Managers on the sale of HRworks to a continuation fund managed by Maguar Capital, with total equity funding of more than €235m.
Advised Eurazeo and Unigestion as lead investors in relation to capiton’s closing of its €248m continuation fund, involving the acquisition of Raith and AEMtec.
A European pension fund on the disposal of a portfolio of interests to several secondary buyers.
Pantheon as one of the lead investors on Oakley Capital’s raising of a continuation fund to extend its partnership with IU Group, the largest and fastest growing university in Germany.
A leading international fund of funds on the acquisition of a portfolio of LP interests from a large UK pension fund.
Advised IFC, EBRD and PFR on USD$290 million equity investment in Elemental Holding.
