Randall advises and represents clients in relation to complex disputes and investigations under a variety of civil and common law systems across of range of industries.  He has advised and acted in relation to general commercial and corporate claims (including joint venture and shareholder disputes), insurance matters, fraud and asset recovery, and claims arising out of energy (oil & gas and power) and infrastructure/construction projects in international arbitations and court proceedings.

Acting for a global insurance company in a dispute with its joint venture partner and shareholder in the DIFC Courts.

Acting for the developer of the world’s largest new build petrochemical plant in KSA in relation to four ICC arbitrations concerning EPC contract claims, defective design and performance.

Acting for a Pakistani commodities company in an LCIA arbitration with its trading party concerning the sale of fertiliser in Kenya.

Acting for a Dubai-based corporate services company in a dispute with UAE and Saudia Arabian parties in large multi-party shareholder dispute.*

Advising a Japanese company in relation to allegations of bribery concerning a project in Asia.

Represented an international oil and gas company in a dispute with its EPC contractor concerning a US$1.3bn project for the construction of central processing facilities in Iraq.*
