Julia Wahl focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other corporate matters. She is dedicated to providing insightful work in a complex and ever-changing legal market, whether it be advising large corporations on nuanced strategic deals or counseling entrepreneurs just beginning their business journey.
While in law school, Julia submerged herself in corporate law matters as the Special Events Editor of the Virginia Law and Business Review. She also brings invaluable leadership experience after serving three years in student government, culminating as Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
She is passionate about pro bono causes, particularly those related to domestic violence and women's rights.
