Viktoria Voth advises German and international companies on all aspects of corporate law and assists in complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and the structuring of joint ventures. She specializes in transactions in regulated industries, particularly in the energy, aviation, and defense sectors.
Viktoria studied law at the University of Münster, focusing on German and European corporate law. Prior to joining the firm, Viktoria gained valuable experience as a research assistant at several internationally renowned law firms with a focus on corporate and white-collar criminal law, and at a chair of criminal law at Bucerius Law School. During her legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court, she worked at the Hamburg and Singapore offices of Hogan Lovells.
