Focusing her practice on restructuring and insolvency, Giulia Vettori has developed her skills advising Italian banks, financial institutions and distressed companies involved in debt restructuring, turnaround transactions and in-court proceedings.
Giulia has been involved in several debt restructuring deals, advising major Italian financial institutions and Italian companies.
Giulia spent one year (2019) on Secondment to UniCredit S.p.A. (Milan) – Group Legal NPE & Corporate Transactions in 2019 providing legal assistance in relation to issues connected to insolvency law, restructurings matters and procedural aspects of restructuring operations.

Assisting a leading Italian hotel group in the contexts of a composition with creditors proceeding. *
Assisting a company operating in the field of transport in the restructuring of its indebtedness according to article 182-bis Italian Bankruptcy Law.*
Assisting the main Italian banks in relation to the rescheduling of the indebtedness of a shipping company.*
Assisting a leading Italian financial intermediary (as creditor) in the context of the debt restructuring agreement of an Italian real estate company.
