Vanessa Rinus advises national and international clients particularly from the financial industry and the real estate sector on all questions of German and international tax law.
She supports clients with regard to the structuring and implementation of tax optimized acquistion and financing structures. She also advises on all tax aspects of the structuring of alternative investment funds.
Vanessa studied law at the university of Münster. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells in the course of her legal traineeship, Vanessa worked as a research assistant for a major international law firm.
