Vanessa Rinus advises national and international clients particularly from the financial industry and the real estate sector on all questions of German and international tax law.
She supports clients with regard to the structuring and implementation of tax optimized acquistion and financing structures. She also advises on all tax aspects of the structuring of alternative investment funds. She specialises in investigating and evaluating cum/ex, cum/cum and similar transactions.
Vanessa joined Hogan Lovells in 2020 and is qualified as a lawyer and as a certified tax advisor (Steuerberaterin).
