Reuben Vandercruyssen is an associate in Hogan Lovells' Litigation Group. Reuben has wide-ranging experience of commercial disputes and internal investigations into allegations of unlawful or corrupt acts by employees, agents and third parties. Reuben advises large corporates on anti-corruption compliance and adequate policies and procedures, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions in high-risk jurisdictions.
Reuben has extensive experience of high-profile Part 8 proceedings, including a judicial review involving a London-based private hire vehicle operator, a privilege dispute concerning the disclosure of documents in the context of a criminal investigation and a dispute regarding the proper construction of the rules of a trust fund. Reuben is also actively involved in the firm's Pro Bono practice and has represented clients before the First-tier Tribunal.
