Pedro is an associate in our London-based Infrastructure, Energy, Resource, and Projects (IERP) practice.
He advises international financial institutions, borrowers, sponsors and project developers on a wide spectrum of financing and corporate matters, with a focus on energy and infrastructure transactions across both UK and international markets.
Prior to joining the Infrastructure, Energy, Projects and Resources team as an associate, Pedro was seconded to the M&A and Private Equity team in the firm’s Singapore office.
Representative experience
FMO and other DFIs on the landmark project financing of a 25MW solar PV plant in Zambia, Africa’s first non-recourse, project-financed generation project under a market-based offtake structure.
ALL.SPACE Networks, a leading provider of advanced comms technology, on debt refinancing ahead of its Series D fundraising round to support its first-generation satellite terminal.
