Tam Tran is a banking and finance lawyer based in our Paris office. Her experiences include acting for financial institutions in aviation, shipping and rail finance transactions, including leasing arrangements, sale and lease back and delivery of corporate jets and superyachts.
Representative experience
Advised a pool of lenders in the context of the restructuring of 14 financial leases and related loan financings with the Greenship Gas group.
Advising Société Générale on the financing of 8 vessels for a joint venture vehicle between the French global marine transport and services group and the UAE entity Abu Dhabi Ports Company PJSC.
Advising Société Générale and other financial institutions as arrangers, senior and junior lenders in an AFIC-supported loan facility for two Boeing B787-9 aircraft leased to Air Tahiti Nui.
Advising Swissport Group S.à r.l., a global provider of ground and cargo handling services, on the launch of a €1.635 billion debt package to refinance a part of its outstanding debt.
Advising Ermewa Group, on the sale and lease back of 3,941 wagons from Lineas NV.
Advising Akiem Group on the whole-business acquisition of Macquarie Europe Rail's rolling stock leasing business including 137 locomotives, 110 carriages and 46 trains.
Advising the Bourbon Group on the restructuring of €3 billion in equity and debts.
Advising various credit institutions and high net worth individuals in relation to the financing of a number of superyachts and corporate jets for various private clients.
