As part of our Munich litigation team, Tobias Wetlitzky handles commercial and corporate disputes for national and international clients. He focuses his practice on supply chain and ESG litigation matters as well as cartel damages / competition litigation cases.

Tobias studied law at Heidelberg University and the University of Munich with a focus on corporate law. He received his LL.M. with a Business Law Certificate from Duke University School of Law, where he was selected as a Salzburg Global Seminar Cutler Fellow in International Law. This experience, together with time spent with our dispute resolution team in the Miami office during his legal clerkship, allows him to navigate the unique challenges of cross-border disputes in civil and common law jurisdictions.

Participating in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court as a student sparked his interest in dispute resolution, and he later served as coach for the teams of the University of Munich and Duke Law School. Tobias further developed his advocacy skills by working for a German dispute resolution boutique and in the litigation practice group of a major US law firm.
