As an associate in our global corporate team in London, Imogen supports clients on various complex transactional and advisory matters, ranging from private and public cross-border mergers and acquisitions to private equity transactions.
Imogen trained and qualified at the firm in February 2023 and has since represented international and domestic clients across a number of industry sectors including financial services, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure and logistics.
As part of her career at Hogan Lovells, Imogen was seconded to our international office in New York.
