As a new associate in the litigation group, Ileana Thompson's practice involves complex commercial litigation matters. She supports all stages of litigation and has experience assisting in consumer class actions, antitrust matters, and privacy and cybersecurity matters. Ileana is also actively involved in the firm’s pro bono practice, with a focus on immigration relief. 

Ileana began her career at Hogan Lovells as a summer associate in 2022 and 2023. 

Ileana is a graduate of The George Washington University School of Law, with a Concentration in Health Law, where she was an Editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal. During her time in law school, Ileana was involved in the Vaccine Injury Litigation Clinic, the Health Law Association, and the Black Law Students Association. During law school, she worked for a healthcare start-up, where she supported the company's legal team in employment matters, contract review of provider and vendor agreements, and incorporation compliance.
