Theresa Bart advises companies, banks and other financial market participants on international securitisations and other structured finance transactions. Her focus is on all legal aspects of debt capital market products, especially asset backed securitisations, as well as debt issuance programmes.
Theresa went to law school in Konstanz, Strasbourg, Bruges and Berlin. Before joining Hogan Lovells, she worked for one of the leading residential solar and heating solutions provider as legal counsel in the area of finance and debt capital markets.
