Susana advises domestic and international clients on Capital Markets Law. A particular focus of her practice is advising on the issuance and distribution of structured securities (certificates, leveraged products, and notes). She also has experience in the preparation and updating of base prospectuses as well as marketing materials.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Susana worked at a Big Four firm in Germany and served as Judicial Clerk at the Supreme Court of Mexico.
