Jesse Suh is a versatile and dependable litigator who focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and complex litigation.

He has worked with individual and corporate clients across industries in cases involving the False Claims Act (FCA), Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and export control regulations, among other laws and regulations. He has substantial experience in all phases of litigation, including responding to government subpoenas and information requests, leading internal investigations, and drafting pleadings and motions. Jesse also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Jesse joined Hogan Lovells after completing a term as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James G. Carr in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Prior to his clerkship, Jesse practiced in the D.C. office of another international law firm, where he focused on litigation matters and cross-border investigations relating to the FCPA and export control regulations.

He graduated cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center. He served as an executive editor for the Annual Review of Criminal Procedure published by the Georgetown Law Journal. He was also a student attorney in the Civil Rights Clinic. Jesse received his B.A. from Northwestern University, where he majored in English and Political Science and competed on the policy debate team.
