Nico Studebaker focuses his practice on corporate and finance transactional matters with an emphasis on private company mergers and acquisitions. He began his career as a summer associate at Hogan Lovells in 2024 and joined the firm full-time in 2025. Nico provides services to clients across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on healthcare and sports clients.
Nico graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in May 2025. Nico was a member of the Entreprenurship and Community Development clinic, where he served local business owners by addressing a variety of legal needs, including entity formation and contract drafting. He also won first prize in the drafting category of the inaugural Texas Transactional Skills Competition.
