Garen Stepanian

Garen serves as the firm's primary contact for engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines within the General Counsel's office. With close to a decade of experience at Hogan Lovells, Garen understands the firm's clients, lawyers, and practices. He is both a resource to partners and business services departments. In addition to engagement terms, Garen utilizes his transactional background and technical writing to assist with any manner of agreement involving the firm.
