Holden Steinhauer litigates antitrust matters in federal and state courts around the country.

Holden’s practice is focused on antitrust and related issues in commercial litigation, and he has defended claims brought by private plaintiffs, state attorneys general, and the Department of Justice. He represents clients in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, food and agriculture, and education.

Early in his career, Holden clerked for the Honorable John Rogers of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and for the Honorable Karen Caldwell of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
