Amanda Spitzenberger focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and other corporate transactional matters for clients in a range of industries. Amanda began her career at Hogan Lovells as a summer associate in 2023.

While in law school, Amanda served as Editor-in-Chief for the Denver Journal of International Law & Policy, Captain of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, and Articles Editor for the Denver Law Review. Additionally, Amanda spent a year working in the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, supporting individuals in the Denver-Metro area. Prior to law school, Amanda worked in commercial banking, advising public and private clients in secured financing transactions.
