As a member of our Appellate & Supreme Court practice, Jackson focuses on appellate litigation and high-stakes dispositive motions in federal and state courts. He has experience litigating at every level of the federal judiciary across a wide range of issues, including administrative, constitutional, criminal, and intellectual property law.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Jackson clerked for Judge Stephen A. Higginson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Judge Sidney R. Thomas of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He graduated from Yale Law School, where he served as Articles Editor on the Yale Law Journal and earned the Judge Ralph K. Winter Jr. prize for his publication in the Yale Journal on Regulation. Before law school, he earned his M.Sc. degree from University College Dublin, where he graduated with first class honors as a Mitchell Scholar, and his B.A. degree from Duke University, where he graduated summa cum laude as a Robertson Scholar.
