Silvia Martínez is well-known for handling highly complex commercial and investment treaty arbitrations in construction, engineering, technology, and corporate disputes for local and international clients. She has developed extensive knowledge of proceedings before most of the international and national institutions.

Silvia is able to understand the economical aspects of the clients' problems, particularly on quantum issues. While at the University, Silvia was part of the team that won the XV edition of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
