Christine A. Sifferman represents life sciences companies in complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on class action, RICO, and antitrust claims.
Christine helps her clients put their best foot forward in high-profile disputes, whether in state or federal court. She has experience with all stages of civil litigation, including motions to dismiss, discovery and confidentiality disputes, fact and expert witness depositions, summary judgment, trial preparation, and settlement negotiation.
In her pro bono practice, Christine represents immigrant and refugee clients. She has assisted clients with navigating complex USCIS applications for resettlement or legal resident status, including U Visas, Special Immigrant Visas, and I-130 family petitions.
Christine began her career at Hogan Lovells as a summer associate in 2016 and has practiced in the firm's Washington, D.C. and New York offices.
