Zach Seidel

Assisting investors, manufacturers, developers, and operators on various types of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, tax equity deals, financing, and project development matters, Zach prioritizes understanding each clients’ business needs to help achieve their objectives.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Zach worked at a boutique law firm handling a variety of commercial real estate matters involving lenders, investors, property managers, agents, and builders. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was an editor on the Law Review. Zach earned his B.S. as a Supply Chain Management major in the business school at the University of Maryland, College Park.
