Scott Tindall

Scott is a partner in the firm's infrastructure, energy, resources and projects team, concentrating on international infrastructure, PPP and project finance transactions.  Working for an international client base, he has advised on projects in a variety of jurisdictions throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and Australasia.  He has acted on some of the largest and most complex deals in the global infrastructure and energy market, including deals involving bank, bond and hybrid financing structures. 

Scott's clients include Government agencies, international contractors, project sponsors and bidding consortia, infrastructure investors and banks and other financial institutions. 

As well as advising on project finance, PPP and infrastructure development transactions, Scott also has a wealth of experience advising on infrastructure joint ventures, infrastructure M&A and infrastructure restructuring projects for under-performing or distressed infrastructure assets.

Representative Experience

Advising on mega-projects in energy sector, such as $34bn Ichthys LNG Project in Australia and $8bn Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Project in Vietnam.

Advising on renewable energy projects, including £800m Hertfordshire County Council waste PFI Project and £570m Riverside energy from waste (EfW) Project in London.

Advising in relation to various aerospace, defence and technology projects, including the proposed €3.3bn pan-European Galileo international radio-navigational satellite project.

Advising on PPP/PFI schools projects, including £350m Barking and Dagenham BSF, £250m London Borough of Camden BSF, and £120m North West Priority School Building Program.

Advising on road, rail, and other transport projects, including £1.8bn London Underground PPP project and subsequent £2.1bn capital markets refinancing.

Advising on aerospace, defence and technology projects, including the proposed €3.3bn pan-European Galileo international radio-navigational satellite project
