Magdalena Schmid provides comprehensive advice in all areas of IP law, in particular trademark, unfair competition and copyright law.
Magdalena represents and advises clients in these areas, primarily in the sectors of consumer goods, e-commerce and finance. Thereby she assists her clients in all intellectual property, media and technology related disputes.
Magdalena studied law and business at the EBS University of Business and Law in Wiesbaden. She completed her business studies with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master in Business (M.A.).
During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt, she worked for a major international law firm and most recently completed part of her legal clerkship at our firm in the area of litigation and arbitration.
