She supports clients engaged in national and international e-commerce by helping them to enforce their claims and defend themselves against lawsuits, warnings and preliminary injunctions. A regular emphasis of her work is also placed on measures against unfair competition by business competitors.
Theresa studied law at the Universities of Passau and Münster, spending semesters abroad at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest and Monash University in Kuala Lumpur, where she focused on international and European law. During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, she worked, inter alia, for the Corporate & Finance practice group of an international law firm specialising in complex financing.
After completing her legal clerkship, Theresa already worked as a research assistant in the field of intellectual property law in our Hamburg office.
