Laura advises domestic and international investors and major property developers on a variety of transactional real estate matters, including large scale redevelopment projects, offshore energy arrangements, lettings and portfolio management across a range of asset classes, and investments and disposals.
Laura was seconded to the in-house legal team at The Crown Estate as an associate, and has previously been seconded to Barclays Bank whilst training at the firm.
Representative experience
Advising Related Argent on their £8bn mixed use joint venture redevelopment to create a new town for future London ‘Brent Cross Town’, with 6,700 new homes and 3m sq ft of office space.
Acting for The Crown Estate on their offshore energy portfolio, with a particular focus on offshore wind assets.
Acting for M&G Real Estate on acquisitions and disposals and portfolio management work, including the negotiation of retail and industrial leases.
Acting for The Crown Estate’s joint venture partnership with Oxford Properties on their mixed use redevelopment and lettings at St James' Market, London.
Advising Related Argent on their £600m development, by way of joint venture with Invesco Real Estate, of 800 market housing for sale and build-to-rent homes.
Acting for ICG as part of a wider team on the acquisition of the OVO (Wembley) Arena.
Acting for major property developers in connection with local authority grant arrangements.
Securing space to meet the corporate occupier needs of household names.
