Dhruv is an associate in our Debt Capital Markets group based in London. He has experience working on a variety of structured finance transactions relating to a range of asset classes, including automotive receivables, SME Loans, solar receivables and residential and commercial mortgages. In doing so, he has advised a variety of key stakeholders on such transactions, including lenders, issuers, arrangers and originators. He has been seconded to a major UK fintech to support its Corporate and Treasury teams.
Representative experience
The arrangers on a £3.1bn significant risk transfer traditional cash securitisation of unsecured personal loans.
A UK Investment Bank on a new €300m financing platform to finance the acquisition, renovation and letting by a French start-up of residential properties as co-living spaces across France and Belgium.
A fund on its provision of a £175m financing to a major UK bridge mortgage lender, with back-leverage provided by a bank by way of a bespoke agreement amongst noteholders.
The senior lender in respect of a securitisation of a portfolio of Spanish solar loan/lease receivables.
The senior lender in respect of a forward-flow of €112,500,000 promissory notes (pagarés) issued by a major European fintech through a Spanish FT structure.
A fund on a £150m purchase facility for the purchase of invoice finance contracts entered into by a start-up providing SME business solutions.
