As a senior associate of our Italian restructuring and special situations practice, Alfredo Saracino supports clients on domestic and international litigation and domestic arbitration proceedings.
Alfredo has a wealth of experience advising clients across a range of sectors, from banking and financial entities to large manufacturing and energy companies, on complex civil and commercial disputes, with a special focus on cross-border cases.
He also assists clients at the pre-litigation stage and in carrying out negotiations for the amicable settlement of the dispute.
Alfredo is qualified in Italy but spent significant time studying and working abroad. He holds an LL.M. from the College of Europe.
