As an associate in our global corporate team in London, Blaise has a broad practice covering a wide range of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A and general corporate advisory work.
Blaise trained and qualified at the firm in August 2021 and has since represented international and domestic clients across a number of industry sectors including insurance, property, financial services and life sciences.
Representative experience
Shaftesbury plc on its all-share merger with Capital & Counties Properties plc to create Shaftesbury Capital PLC, to create a central London REIT with a combined portfolio of approximately £5bn.
M&G plc on its £286m buy-in transaction with the Northern Bank Pension Scheme.
Cable and Wireless Superannuation Fund on its £340 million buy-in transaction with Legal & General.
Qatar Insurance Company on its participation in a £200m investment by Pollen Street Capital in the insurance broker, Markerstudy, and QIC’s ongoing partnership with Markerstudy.
