Brenda is an associate in the debt capital markets practice, based in London. Brenda works across the practice covering a range of matters within the structured finance, securitisation, trustee and fund finance sub-groups. She has advised on straight-debt issuances, a range of transactions for funds clients including syndicated and bilateral capital call facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, as well as team management/GP support lines; corporate trustees, agents and other corporate service providers in relation to new issuances, post issuance amendments and restructurings; and a range of asset classes including automobiles, fintech and consumer loans for a variety of key participants including lenders, originators and arrangers on private and public securitisation deals.

Representative experience

African Export-Import Bank as issuer on establishing its US$1.5bn Luxembourg listed, EMTN programme, the initial US$300missue thereunder and annual updates thereto.

Autoliv on the establishment of its €3bn Guaranteed EMTN Programme and subsequent issuances and updates of the Programme.
