Alaina focuses her practice on intellectual property, media, and technology issues. She provides guidance on complex commercial transactions and offers insight across industry sectors.
During law school, Alaina served as the Senior Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property at Wake Forest University School of Law. Alaina also served as a legal writing teaching assistant to first year students, as the Vice President of the Transactional Law Competition Board, and as a law clerk for Wake Forest's Veterans Legal Clinic. Prior to law school, Alaina worked as a technology consultant, producing and deploying mobile and desktop applications for federal clients.
