As a member of our Appellate practice, Keenan Roarty specializes in high-stakes litigation on appeal.  His experience runs the gamut of law, including administrative, constitutional, educational, energy, trade, tort, arbitration, and criminal law.  He has also litigated two Supreme Court cases.

Keenan earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota, where he graduated valedictorian and was a research assistant for four professors. Keenan then clerked for Judge James B. Loken on the Eighth Circuit.  On the side, Keenan maintains a robust pro bono practice specializing in asylum and compassionate release.
