Patricia is skilled in both civil and common law. Previous to joining the firm, she has advised and assisted in ICSID, ICC, ICDR, PCA, and UNCITRAL arbitrations, as well as commercial and administrative litigations in diverse industries, including telecommunications, energy and infrastructure.
Patricia graduated top of her class with honors from Universidad Iberoamericana and she was awarded by her alma mater for her oral trial advocacy skills. She received her LL.M degree with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center focused on international business and economic law with a certificate in international arbitration and dispute resolution. She also holds certificates in business strategies and international commercial arbitration from Harvard Law School and the American University, respectively.
Patricia regularly writes on international arbitration topics and assisted on research projects for the Center for Transnational Business and the Law from Georgetown University.
