Remi brings valuable solutions to clients as they navigate U.S. and international strategic transactions. Remi focuses her practice on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and other similar multi-jurisdictional projects.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Remi was associate counsel at a Fortune 100 multinational corporation, where she worked closely with the company's business teams, advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and other general corporate and securities matters.
While in law school, Remi was an editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal, the only student-run bankruptcy journal in the United States. She also served as an Honors Law Clerk in the enforcement division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s office in Atlanta. Before law school, she earned a B.A. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
