Remington Ricciuti advises her clients on a broad range of corporate, transactional, and commercial matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Remi was associate counsel at a Fortune 100 multinational corporation, where her practice included international and domestic M&A transactions, joint ventures, investment transactions, and other general corporate and securities matters.
During law school, Remi was an editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal, the only student-run bankruptcy journal in the United States. She also served as an Honors Law Clerk in the enforcement division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s office in Atlanta.
