Prior to law school, Rachel helped facilitate commercial real estate transactions as well as supported complex, multi-jurisdictional and cross-border litigation matters.
While in law school, she served as the Student Notes and Comments Editor of the Alaska Law Review and gained valuable insight interning with a legal technology start-up. Rachel conducted her third year of law school at Sciences Po in Paris, France earning a Master of Economic Law, with a focus on global governance studies.
Throughout her professional experiences, Rachel has engaged in meaningful pro bono work, including assisting survivors of domestic violence. She has also returned to Duke Law to teach a corporate law course to 1L students.
