Sanjay Reddy advises public and private companies, investors, and nonprofits on mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance matters across the life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Sanjay worked as a legislative aide in the U.S. House of Representatives and as a data analyst for a healthcare AI company. During law school, he interned with the HHS Office of General Counsel's CMS Division and the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee.

Sanjay received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, a Master in Public Policy (M.P.P.) from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, and a B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan.
