Francisco is a Swiss-licensed attorney. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, his work focused on financial technology and regulatory matters. He served as Head of Legal & Compliance for a European fintech company and as in-house counsel for a global bank. He has also advised and represented clients in sports and media matters, including television rights deals and arbitration proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), acting for clients such as UEFA, CONMEBOL, and the Olympic Council of Asia.
Francisco received his Bachelor of Law and Master of Law from the University of Zurich and earned an LL.M. in Entertainment, Media, Technology, and Sports Law from UCLA.
