Dana has briefed dispositive motions in federal and state court. Her team handles cases involving a wide range of issues, including administrative law, civil procedure, civil rights, and constitutional law, across a variety of industries, including health care.

She also maintains a robust pro bono practice. She currently serves as a Special Attorney for the State of Minnesota in the prosecution of three former police officers charged in connection with the death of George Floyd. She has also co-authored several amicus curiae briefs, including in a Supreme Court death penalty case. She is particularly interested in federal habeas law.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Dana clerked for Judge Julia S. Gibbons of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, she served as the Assistant Managing Editor of the Virginia Law Review.
