As an associate in the firm's Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects group, Senal Ranatunga primarily advises multilateral institutions, financial institutions, and sponsors in complex domestic and cross-border development and financing transactions that focus on infrastructure, telecommunication, aircraft, and renewable and traditional energy projects.
Additionally, Senal advises private companies on a broad range of corporate matters ranging from day-to-day corporate governance to elaborate offerings and sale of securities. Senal began his Hogan Lovells career as a summer associate in 2016.
