Aditya is a part of our Equity Capital Markets team, based in our Singapore office. Aditya focuses on equity capital markets transactions in India and has experience in advising both merchant bankers and companies on various transactions including initial public offerings, private placements, share buybacks, as well as international debt offerings. He has worked across industries, including hospitality, seafood processing, speciality chemicals, healthcare, housing and finance and real estate.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, he worked with a leading Indian national law firm in its capital markets team. Further, he was also associated with the National Institute of Public Policy and Finance, New Delhi as a legal consultant where he advised the Government of India as well as various expert committees on structural reforms in the payments ecosystem. He served as a member of the research team to the Inter-Ministerial Committee constituted by the Ministry of Finance on virtual currencies.
