With his in-depth regulatory and practical understanding of Indonesia's manpower law regime, Andera is able to assist clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, and in achieving compliance throughout their daily operations.
Apart from handling employment matters, Andera is also involved in international and domestic arbitrations as well as litigation proceedings, offshore merger filings to the Indonesian Competition Authority (KPPU), internal white-collar investigations of multinational companies, court-ordered restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, and personal data protection matters.
