His clients include large corporations engaged in complex mergers and acquisitions in several industries, financial institutions, major non-profits, and companies engaged in venture capital investments. 

Lucas graduated from Georgetown Universuty Law Center, where he served as an Executive Editor for the American Criminal Law Review. He earned a B.A. in English and History from the College of William & Mary. Prior to law school, Lucas worked in management consulting for a major healthcare company.
