Jana Puertas

She studied a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration and a Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at University Carlos III of Madrid and she is a qualified lawyer by the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid. 

In the course of her studies, she also engaged in two study exchange programmes in Germany and U.S.A. and completed an Executive Program in Business Legal Advise at IE Law School University.

She assists in providing day-to day advice in Spanish corporate and commercial matters, M&A, consumer protection, retail trade, e-commerce and competition regulations to many multinational corporations where her international background and knowledge is useful and effective.

Based in Madrid, Jana understands the legal needs of multinational corporations doing business in Spain and provides them with agile, practical and clear advice. Because many multinational corporations have limited in-house legal capacity in Spain, she embraces the role of outside counsel as if she were, in fact, an in-house lawyer by working alongside with their legal hubs all around the world.
