Brazilian Central Bank Regulatory Sandbox

On February 11, 2021, the Brazilian Federal Supreme Court (STF) decided through a majority decision that the right to be forgotten (direito ao esquecimento) is inconsistent with the principles of freedom of expression and the right to information set forth in the Brazilian Federal Constitution.
