Priscila is an associate in the Hogan Lovells Madrid office where she is a member of the tax team.
Since joining the firm, Priscila has advised clients on tax compliance in Spain, M&A transactions – both domestic and international – corporate reorganizations, financial transactions, and real estate transactions. She also has experience in conducting due diligence related to such transactions.
Priscila also has advised clients in various tax and litigation proceedings, developing her work in proceedings with the administrative bodies and in the judicial phase.
Working together with colleagues from other practices, Priscila has participated and advised in a wide range of projects such as mergers, spin-offs, and real estate investments as well as divestitures.
Her passion for legal practice is reinforced by a strong academic background as a PhD candidate in corporate tax law.

Advising on tax incentives for the purchase of real estate assets in the Corredor del Henares area.
Advising insurance companies on the fulfillment of their tax obligations in Spain and in relation to the incorporation of permanent establishments.
