Becky is a senior associate in our Banking and Loan Finance team, advising banks, private credit funds and corporate borrowers on a wide range of financing solutions. She focuses on leveraged and acquisition finance, with particular expertise in mid‑market transactions.
Her experience includes unitranche facilities, club lending structures, super senior term and revolving credit facilities, and PIK holdco arrangements. Becky has also completed secondments with two major financial institutions, giving her valuable insight into the commercial drivers behind lending decisions.
