Sam represents both public and private companies in acquisitions and dispositions and general corporate matters. His proven experience in mergers and acquisitions and business transactions is offered to strategic and financial buyers and sellers operating in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, entertainment, construction and information technology.
Sam is a native to Boulder County, Colorado and returned to the state following his graduation from the University of Minnesota Law School. In law school, Sam served as the Articles Submission Editor for the Minnesota Law Review and as a judicial extern for the late Honorable Diana E. Murphy of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Outside of the office, Sam enjoys playing and watching sports, particularly soccer, football, skiing and golf, and spending time with his yellow Labrador Retriever.
