Alexander Ponader advises national and international clients from the life sciences sector on issues relating to product liability, product compliance and risk minimization. His focus is on pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Alexander assists clients with in-court and out-of-court claims as well as general product and compliance related issues. In particular, he advises on the defense against complex product liability claims with a large number of plaintiffs.

Already during his studies, Alexander specialized in medical law. After completing his studies, he gained work experience in the field of life sciences in academia and an international commercial law firm. Alexander holds a doctorate in criminal law.
